Ta Xi Lang


 

 

Ta Xi Lang commune belongs to Tram Tau district, Yen Bai province in North West Vietnam. Being one of the most far reached spot in the North West, the village is perched on Ta Cao mountain 2000m above the sea level. Population is about 5000 people, most of them are H'mong people who live on hunting and cultivation.
The road to Ta Xi Lang is rugged and bumpy, however scenery is fantastic, magnificent mountains surrounded by white clouds and virgin forest, along the passes and slopes, wooden houses are visible among the vast corn fields
